My sources say that he will be guesting tommorrow night with the Dave Matthews in Gainesville, FL.

How reliable are these sources? I thought about making the trip for Dave. Now I'll be kicking myself if they are true for not going. My two favorite people to see in concert!! Though I don't know how well the two would mix

yeah i would think buffett would mix better w/ Jackson Browne and Bonnie Raitt

Jimmy better not play with Dave Matthews.
I would probably have to walk out on that show. What am I talking bout---id have to kill myself if i was in the same venue as Dave Matthews

Maybe you just don't fit the "profile" of a Dave Matthews fan. He's a damn good musician, but is not for everyone.

not anymore from what I hear. My cousin saw him a few years ago at Comerica Park, had like 5th row seats---and said by the 4th song or something when they were just drifting away---more then half the people were turning round talking to everyone else.

I saw him back in 97 at Farm Aid. Thankfully he didnt play a full set, otherwise I woulda had to down a bottle of whiskey. All I remember is that that was probably one of the top 5 worst acts I have ever seen in my life.

Buffett did not show up at tonights show. I talked to some people a few minutes ago that went and JB did not come. He said there was nothing political about it.

The concert was good, but Nothing like a JimmyBuffett Concert!!!

we saw DMB last december at the fleet in boston, one of the best shows i've seen,
saw him this summer at great woods, one of the worst I have ever seen
so much for consistency,
