Pls help me "decode" this PH License Plate

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!

My brother, who lives in Christiansburg, VA, just called me after seeing the following Parrothead license plate: GTT&0.

Assuming that it's an acronym of some sort from a Buffett song, what in the HECK does it stand for??????

I can't sleep til I know the answer til I find out the answer!!

Can VA plates use the "&" symbol? I know Cali only allows letters and numbers.

yea, we can use the '&'... not a lot of plates use it, but i've seen some.

as for this plate mystery, maybe it doesnt have anything to do w/ a buffett song.. maybe they just like the design lol.. i have seen one or two parrothead plates in my area w/ either initials or person's name

Thank you phor all your replies. My brother and I decided to go with the "Livingston's Gone To Texas" and the "o" is something personal to the car's owner.
