It may be but it's way worse off since Bush was gov.

some of the s*** that comes out of his mouth just blows my mind, and yet the morons in my state keep putting him in office.iuparrothead wrote:This quote actually came from Kerry's biggest cheerleader - a writer for The New York Times:

Yep... car bombings, kamikaze flights, anthrax and other poisonous gas attacks.... JUST like prostitution and gambling!!!![]()

Yep... he's gonna go off, make friends with the Frenchies, Germans, Polish, whoever... and their all going to hold hands and make peace in the Middle East. And then he's gonna go make friends with Russia, Japan & South Korea and then North Korea's just going to give up all their nuclear weapons because they will want to be friends with us too!tommcat327 wrote:some of the s*** that comes out of his mouth just blows my mind, and yet the morons in my state keep putting him in office.iuparrothead wrote:This quote actually came from Kerry's biggest cheerleader - a writer for The New York Times:

I couldn't have said it any better! Right on John!sailingagain wrote:Look, don't get me wrong, I don't like either candidate. But WAY too many people seem to buy into this theory that as long as it's not Bush, the world is going to be a better place the day after Kerry is elected. That's such BS. A lot of the countries that Kerry wants to make nice with, don't want to be buddies with us.
And I don't feel safer because he has this imaginary "plan" for everything. You know, the one that he refers to 1800 times a minute, yet never clearly defines.
Like I said....I want another choice.
Can you start with my bank account? A deposit of a couple grand should do for the rest of the week.tommcat327 wrote:you people need to elect me as supreme dictator for life.i will fix all of our problems, whether they want to be fixed or not
you wouldnt need it,you would have more money because i would get rid of the retirement plan that senators have instead of drawing social security.that alone could put money back in everyones pockets and then the fact that politicians were on SS would make them get busy fixing it in a hurry.buffettbride wrote:Can you start with my bank account? Not entirely true, Tom. Members of Congress do pay into SS at a current rate of 6.2%. They also must pay at least 1.3% into their pension fund.tommcat327 wrote:you wouldnt need it,d get rid of the retirement plan that senators have instead of drawing social security.
Sheesh Frankie. You think you know everything just because you work for a Congressman....rednekkPH wrote:Not entirely true, Tom. Memebers of Congress do pay into SS at a current rate of 6.2%. Don't get me wrong, it is a sweet deal for them. However, it's not quite as sweet as alot of people seem to think.
do you think $hit like this had anything to do with it?NYCPORT wrote:No, I don't think it was the sole reason. But I do think it had alot to do with his clouded judgement which in hindsight his been proven to be pretty shitty. I also think it had alot to do with his willingness to lie about many of the reasons why we were invading. You should know I was all for the invasion before we got the info that most of the reasons we went in for were B.S. We look like a bunch of idiots to the rest of most of the world. We really f**** this one up in my opinion. I guess I'm a little p*** off about being lied to about something so important. If I were close to someone who died in Iraq I'd close to going postal.tommcat327 wrote:not so well known apparently.NYCPORT wrote:Known fact that Saddam had a team of assassins trying to kill the first Pres. so you honestly believe this whole war and everything that goes with it is because he was trying to get revenge for saddam thinking about killing his father?i suppose you also believe that the government was behind 9/11 to scare the U.S. into going to war.and we also didnt land on the moon

And it wasn't just thinking about killing Bush. They later found out they were in the country following him and got really close more than once.
