During football season I prefer Sunday, but the rest of the year I like Saturday cause I know I don't have to work the next day!

(Of course, since i work 2-3 weekends a month, this isn't really true, but y'all know what I mean.)

Now that Football season is over - it is Sundays - cause that is when Australian Idol is on TV

(reality tv tragic here)

i agree with nyc sundays during football season,saturdays the rest of the year.

Saturday, because the return to school is further away. However, this week was a different scenario: We had yesterday off for a professional day (end of marking period), so whenever this happens, I have to say I like Friday the best. Otherwise, Saturday it is.

Sunday seems more laid back. Also, best day to go for a motorcycle ride as so many "religious" people go to worship and stay in with family on that day.

I like Sunday because I love the big newspaper with coupons and FOOTBALL!!!!!!! And Sunday is my day to sleep in and hubby gets up with the baby.

YEP and besides all the time I spent in church as a kid/teen
I KNOW God does not expect any more of my time.

There is nothing better than waking up Saturday morning and knowing that I got the whole day and then another whole day for me, the wife and the kids.

GOTTA be Sunday since hubby works EVERY Saturday night at the bar. While he's off doing the one drink for you...one drink for me....two drinks for you...one more drink for me thing, I'm stuck here running keets to basketball practice, birthday parties, workin, cleaning, raking leaves etc, etc, etc........

Yeah, Sunday gets my vote!
