I hadn't thought of Becky. I sent her an email, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try to find her number. I had it programmed in my cell phone but that's gone too.

We were at the one in Rockwall by the Home Depot and Kohl's. They hit at least 2 other cars that I know of. I think they were sitting outside and watching people go in, figuring they had time to work. I know they had tools because the area around the stereo isn't torn up. I started to go back out for my cell phone, but just used Debbie's instead.

I know how you feel. Some scumbag broke into my truck about 6 years ago and stole bout 78 of my CDs.

Thankfully know I learned---dont spend 13 bucks on each cd---spend 10 mins and download the CD that way you can have back up

As Jimmy might say - "That Sux!"

I missed your original post, but whatever Jimmy you wind up needing, post a list to the thread, sounds like we can all volunteer a couple albums. (Damn I'm old! CDs!)

It's the best thing for getting over how getting ripped off feels.

I just recently got a CD player in my car - and as I park my car outside and not secure - I am going to burn my cds, and put those in the car ....

Cost of CD's is too expensive here to replace them (24.95 minimum for most cds)

Sorry to hear you lost all yours :(

That's what I do Jenny. I burn a copy of my originals and drag the copies around everywhere. The originals stay at home and rarely get played.

That was one of the first things I thought when I realized they were gone - "damn I wish I would've listened to Rick when he told me about that in St Augustine!"

I need to confirm, but it looks like all I'll need are these;
Son of a Son
Changes in Latitudes
You Had To Be There
Live in Auburn

I'm planning to pick up AB's collection tomorrow and I'll double check the list then. I'll send the PM's on Thursday to get your addresses for sending supplies. Thanks again for rallying around a friend in need.

Thanks BB! :D

I bet you're right about the thief not being a parrothead. I can just see them flipping through my CD collection going WTF? Who the hell is Jimmy Buffet? I don't know who did it but I bet they can't stand some of the other stuff I had!

Ryan has YHTBT and I'm pretty sure I can get him to loan it to me long enough to get a copy
