any info if Jimmy will be in the Big Easy yet? I know it's early, but trying to make plans.

I've never been to Jazz Fest but I have heard that it's a great time!!! I plan to go someday and although it would be a bonus if Jimmy were performing there's tons of great musicians there! I just LOVE N'Orleans!!

Jazz Fest is awesome...I get over to New Orleans at every available opportunity...SouthWest always has good deals flying out of Jax airport...
It is one of my favorite places..That and Charleston.....

I have been to NAW'ORLENS 1 other time, it was incredible!. I know JB has said he loves the Jazz Fest and played there in 2002(?)

BigR-Ky, i looked it up real quick and the dates are;
april 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 & may 1st. 2005.
more info will be released mid feb. 2005. you can look at the website,
www.nojazzfest.com. no mention of jimmy though.

If you can, GO do not worry about Jimmy playin they do not release the lineup until late by then its almost booked up. If you love music and are willing to listen to tons of great music you will be amazed the Fairgrounds during the day and the clubs all night until morning. Many performers I had never heard of but am now hooked on. If Jimmy were to play it would be special but you will not be disapointed!
