Why exclude Florida? Can't stand the competition? When he tours, he tours. He goes to Chicago and Boston (area) every year. He goes to South Florida every year but doesn't play more than 1 venue. So why not compare?
If we were to compare apples to oranges: NYC has 8 million people, Florida has 18 million, so I will limit my observances to only the east coast bottom third of the state, about 1.6 million people. And this list does not include any bars (besides M'ville Cafe) that he may have played in Coconut Grove or the Keys in his early years.
Green Street, Key West (MOTM)
Wickham Field, Key West
M'ville Cafe, Key West
Miami (American Airlines) Arena, Miami
Miami Baseball Stadium, Miami
Miami Marine Stadium, Miami
Miami Jai-Alai Fronton, Miami
Sunrise Musical Theater, Sunrise
National Car Rental (Office Depot) Center, Sunrise
West Palm Beach Auditorium, WPB
Coral Sky (Mars) Amphitheater, WPB
SunFest, WPB
Breakers Beach Club, Palm Beach
And quite possibly the Orange Grove Stand, the end of a secondary road that severely shows its age
Prthd119, he played Carowinds in '80 and '85
Judges?

The rules stipulated that Florida was off the table. Just like it should be in the election.

If this were Bruce SpringsteenNews I'd take NJ off the table. Capishe?

Us, of the Italian persuasion ask, why settle for 1 when you can have 3?

I apologize for the size of that picture. I was going to resize it down, but I have seen some of the other posts and this is the one that deserves the size as is.
Oh, and, NYCparrothead stop humping the monitor. If you ask for a squeegee, I am leaving!

Can anybody out there from Beantown, Chi-town or some city outside Florida come up with more venues in their city starting say 1973?

Please interrogate your uncle. I've long heard and read that JB opened for Bob Marley at Chicago's famed Quiet Knight. I figured it was in the early 70's before AWSAPC was released. . I've always wondered if I could nail the date down and find any witnesses. I might impanel a Special BN Commission.

No Luck on any dates---considering it was around 30 years ago. Hell, your lucky if you remember a date from last year.

According to bootleg lists...
Bob Marley, June 10, 1975, Live at the Quiet Knight
This is the only Bob Marley Show at the Quiet Knight I can find that was recorded. I'm sure there could have been other shows Marley did at the Quiet Knight, but this is the only bootleg out there from the Quiet Knight.
I can NOT find anything saying Buffett was there on this night.
