How is the parking lot situation down there? Im used to Chicago,Alpine, Cincy, so I dont expect it to be that good. But I went to Tampa in 2002 and the parking lot wasnt too great.

I've been to Tampa too and I'd say this is waaaaaaaaay better.
Really good tailgating here in my opinion.
We get there around 9am.
The Orlando Parrothead club usually throws a good party in the lot too.
It's no West Palm or Nissan but it beats the crap out of Tampa.
It's also really great sounding for an indoor arena

Great news. Initially I figured this would be a cheap little vacation, I found dirt cheap airfare and hotel and I thought I read the concert tickets were $25, but now I see they are $55. But oh well, Im still going if I can get a ticket in the morning.

Can anybody please tell me what exit from I-4 to take? I will heading south on 95 to I-4.

I-4 goes right through downtown Orlando.
Once you're in the midst of downtown, exit from I-4 onto Colonial Drive.
Go west on Colonial, not even a mile (maybe a few blocks), turn left and boom you're there.
You should be able to see the arena from Colonial.
