Don't get me wrong about being hard core a Bush supporter. I have not been impressed with him but I am less impressed with Kerry and his lack of doing anything worth while in the senate in 20years and his non-english speaking, beligerent wife. I do feel sorry for Edwards who was only picked by Kerry to help boost his own, lacking, personality.

I would have probably voted Democrat if it was anyone but Kerry.

I agree. I too wish Bush would not be such a free spender and cut a lot of the crap pork programs that are sucking our country dry. But I had no faith that Kerry would do so either.

Unfortunately Melli, that's what concerned me the most about Kerry voters...not that they actually supported him, but that they were willing to vote for him simply because they disapproved of President Bush. What sense does that make? Let's take a chance and leverage the fragile safety of our country on a guy with a sketchy record who hasn't proved much progress in his years in the Senate? I'm not a huge Bush fan, but I wasn't ready to take that risk. That risk is way to huge to put on someone like John Kerry. And the kicker? He chose John Edwards as a running mate. Kerry chose a slimebag (understatement) simply for electibility, not because Edwards was the best choice to improve his campaign and platform. Sad and sorry politics.

Also, Kerry called Bush and conceeded. Kerry's conceed speech will be broadcast at 1pm EST.

Now that Kerry is a Senator only again. Let's see if he takes his campaign promises back to the senate and tries to get anything changed that he promised to do if he was elected.
