I have the latest versions of Media Player, and Real Player. I have high speed internet through my cable. All I can get is a blank screen when I click on the video's. I have played video's from CMT's site before. Any suggestions? I really want to see Jimmy's new video.
Thanks,
Phin

This recipe isn't bad
This is what I serve at tailgates. We're also doing this and an oyster roast for the NYE party in Atlanta. It feeds about 30 people;
INGREDIENTS:
· 10 pounds smoked beef sausage in long links
· 10 pounds new red potatoes
· 2 dozen ears shucked, cleaned corn
· ½ bushel of crabs (or substitute 15 pounds of crab legs)
· 15 pounds shrimp, headed
· 2 small boxes of seafood seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
· Cut potatoes in quarter slices. Add seasoning to the water and bring it to a boil. Put potatoes in the water and let boil for 5 minutes.
· Cut sausages in one-inch sections. Bring water to a boil put sausage and seasoning bags in water and let boil for 10 minutes.
· Put the corn in and bring back to a boil. Then put the crabs in and bring back to a boil. Finally, add the shrimp and bring to a boil. Pour off the water and enjoy.

Use a turkey fryer and do it in batches. Dump it on the table and let people eat, then do the next batch - just like what's in the video.

Lowcountry Boil - Frogmore Stew - Beaufort Stew are all names for it. Some recipes have the potatoes and some don't. I grew up on this stuff and I've always just called it a crab boil.

That's the thing about Folly, where the video was shot (Thank you 119) - it's always been just about anything goes. Our jet ski club had an oyster roast at the washout one year, right on the beach. I think we paid $25 for a fire permit and when the cops came up I just showed it to them and it was no big deal.

We'll be in Charleston for Christmas and the week after. I'm getting fresh oysters and seafood before heading up to Atlanta on NYE. I'll see you there!
