For everybody having problems - try double-clicking inside the video frame. We were just getting the blank screen at my brother-in-law's house until we tried that this afternoon.

He's also an IT guy, and he says CMT has java script on their site that prevents the videos from being recorded. He didn't know of a way around it.

It plays - but there are no people moving - just still pictures like a slide show
