What I want to know is ....where in the world did all the liner notes go for License To Chill from Marg.com and RM.com?? Remember all the stuff Jimmy wrote about the making of the CD at Shrimpboat Sound? He said there were some songs that wouldn't make the LTC album. There was a whole list of songs...it seems like???

I kind of think of the song as the book's "hidden treasure," and therefore, not meant for LTC. I'll bet we'll get to hear it premiered live on December 8th. (Oh, and maybe a little Christmas Island music that night, too.) I wonder how many of us will have ASPoL read by then?

On the first day of Christmas, Jimmy sent to me, a brand new book to read.
On the second day of Chrismas, Jimmy sent to me, in the book a brand new song on CD.

if you have heard it already, you know it sounds nothing like anything on LTC. It deffinatley has a BHOTM feel to me, i really like it!

I thought Salty Piece of Land statred out something like Trip Around the Sun but has Captain and the Kid feel to it. You know it really doesn't matter, because I love it as all of his music. I'm just glad he doesn'ty stop doing what he's doing.
