There will be a live show in New Orleans with Jimmy reading parts of his book and performing with his beach band...usually that means, Robert and Ralph and I suppose MAC.

The performance will be transmitted by satellite to participating Regal Theaters...many are listed at this site.

http://www.regalcinemedia.com/bsc_beta/ ... ventID=509

Click on the pull down for your area and it will take you to Fandango Tickets. Click on the theater and go!!

So we will be able to see the live performance as it happens in a theater closer to home.

Pretty cool, huh!!??
what are the chances of the tickets being sold out if i wait until i go to the theater that night to buy the tix?
For 16 bucks why would you wait? Worst case you blow $16.
My wife and her friend went to the recent Nicole Kidman movie and WHAT WAS A WASTE OF money....

.....highly doubt this would be a waste of money. :)

I was thinking the same thing. Could be fun though. :)
Wonder if we can have margarita flavored drinks :) I guess it will be good enough to have our JUNIOR MINTS!!!

The ticket information says you are guaranteed entrance to the theater, but not a reserved seat, so come about 30 minutes early!!

Are they in for a surprise or what??

springparrot, Will you be there? What's close-by...maybe a Pappasitos.

I saw that Prince had done one of these type showings and wondered how that went. I'm kinda tempted to go to Aerosmith.

Just got two tickets for the show. I have never heard of this type of "event" before but it sounds pretty cool. I couldn't believe they even had a movie theater in Maine that was doing this. So now I get to see the Orlando show next Tuesday and get to see him again (sort of) on
Dec 8th :D :D : :D

Happy/Mery X-mas to me!! Sorry kids, NO presents this year.

Just click on the 9:00 in red and it opens a secure server to order tickets @$15.00 each plus $1 per

It might be a bit nipply for all that. I thought about doing a crab boil, but we'll have the kids. I think this is a great way to introduce them to the whole Buffett experience - our 5 year old is really pumped.

Perhaps we should take over the bar at Ruby Tuesdays before? I mean, we could go to Pelancho's before, but that would mean we'd have to *drive* to the theatre after a couple of 'ritas... :o

Where are pholks going in Nor Cal.

Do you need to call the theatre to see if they are doing it for sure or is it a sure thing if it is on the web site??

If it's on the website I would bet that it's already scheduled on the DCN and will happen at that specific theatre.
