Rolling Stone mag's Top 500 songs.....
Does anybody have the latest issue of Rolling Stone? The Top 500 songs of all time (according to THEM) is listed in the magazine. I wonder where "Margaritaville" is, and if "Come Monday" is on it?

I haven't seen the whole list but I saw an article in the paper that showed the Top 20. I think Dylan's Like A Rolling Stone was #1 and for some unknown reason a Nirvana song was about #9 or so. I could probably come up with about 5000 songs that are better than anything Nirvana did, in my opinion. (Disclaimer for the music snobs among us)
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Really? All I seem to remember seeing from quite a few folks around here is endless b itching anytime I post an article from Rolling Stone or Billboard. Er...., maybe that was another board. Nope, that only happens here.buffettbride wrote:Jah? Jah? We need you Jah!!!!
The only way to get the list for now may be from the print edition since the list doesn't seem to be online.

see, but there are about 100 better buffett songs than those, especially margaritaville, so i hope they don't just include singles.citcat wrote: I wonder where "Margaritaville" is, and if "Come Monday" is on it?
