Yeah, well on the other thread I said:

:D  :D

I'm not having a fake tree until I'm too old and feeble to lug a real one in the house and set it up. They smell so good, too.

Real
On both fronts (..Dave  )

The only thing that "thrills" me about the holiday, is the smell of the fresh-cut pines as I walk thru a Xmas tree farm.
(As soon as I see the prices, that feeling goes *poof* !)

That, and digging up my copy of "Charlie Brown Christmas" to play all month long 8)
(Jimmy's "Christmas Island" ain't bad either!)

I put up a fake tree early for all of the ornaments that we have collected on vacations and then a real tree later for the scent and the atmosphere. Turn off the lights, light some candles and sit and enjoy the Christmas lights.

Real. It's been a tradition growing up as well as now on my own to go into the snowy woods to get a nice Shasta fir. I've also thought about buying a smaller potted one so that I can plant it after Christmas......

Gotta go with fake. I do good to remember to water my animals, let alone something that cant make any noise. My house would for sure be on fire.
Only time will tell, if it was time well spent!

Christmas Tree? What's that?

My house is void of house guests, so what's the point in decorations?
