You know I hadn't thought about that - makes it even better! Too bad there's not a Margaritaville anywhere close to Dallas - yet another reason to move home to SC.ladyparrothead wrote:Yeah, be sure to look for some of us!
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving
Take care my American friend

That's OK Bill, there isn't a MV in CA either. I would have had to drive to VegasFour Play wrote:You know I hadn't thought about that - makes it even better! I got this in an email. I went to Lulu's homepage to see details, but there weren't any there yet. I could only find info at NO Marg.

It might be worth a call to CiP- I know they told us they would be simulcasting ALL his shows when they first opened, but then had technical issues (so they claimed, I think they cheaped out on paying to license it or something) and couldn't do it.

CIP wouldn't have to license Jimmy's shows... regardless, I'm pretty sure they're not included in this simulcast....
Technically speaking, this simulcast is going to be some pretty state-of-the-art stuff.... I'm not sure it's ever been done quite this way before... it was no small undertaking to make it happen.

Since I did not see anything on Lulu's web site about the Orlando show, I emailed and asked for details.
I got a reply that the screening of the show is a benefit and is by invitation only. They said if I let them know, they would be happy to put me on the guest list. Wow, isn't that nice. Only thing...there's no way we're gonna travel in this RAIN, RAIN, RAIN, and more RAIN.
