I like mine oven baked ... just like Martha. Don't care for smoked unless I'm at a BBQ house ... never had it fried and can't imagine.
But this is a year for new things so ya never know ...

Last couple years we'd fry one and roast another. This year we're only frying. So much better. Injected with Creole Butter. Rubbed with Tony C's Cajun Spice, and deep fried in peanut oil. Once you have fried, you'll never go back. Happy Turkey Day!
