I don't get it... never have, never will, and not just on BN...

Why keep coming to a site that you just complain about over and over? If you hate the way things are done here, and there are other uncensored boards that are run perfectly suited to your taste, why wouldn't you just stay there?

I have no beefs with anyone on BN, and I never have. I think the entire population is good people, and most everyone makes me

day in and day out, which is why I stick around. But I know if I didn't like the ways of the administrative staff, I'd disappear in an instant, and find alternate ways to communicate with the friends I've made.

Because I like alot of the people here and if I left I wouldn't get to talk to them as easily.

Just because something irritates me doesn't mean I can't "stomach" it. Bad drivers irritate me too, but I'm not going to quit driving because of it.

I did... and started taking the train to work! I couldn't change them, so I took action with the one person I could control... myself.

I'm thinking of taking action as well. But instead of taking mass transit, I'm thinking of renting one of those giant snow plows from the state and clearing my own lane on the Long Island Expressway at rush hour!

Is ok, and I am not a member of any clique here or elsewhere either.....I come and go in here or elsewhere as I choose and I stand up for what I believe is right.
Nothing I can do to change those in here, or elsewhere,who are convinced of their feelings.............perhaps I CAN give them reason to think about those convictions though.

I do not know how much of our lives we actually control. Many different people believe many different things... Such as just how much do we really control our own Destiny and Fate? Does one determine the other? Do either actually exist? Does "Free Will" prevail?Etc....
No matter, they are not what this thread is about. Start a seaparate thread about that if you so choose. There is no reason to Hijack this or anyother thread, other than one is to lazy to start his or her own thread or perhaps to abuse the person that started the thread.

I am not accusing you of Hijacking any thread, let alone this one! I am merely pointing out that they are topics for another thread and really have nothing to do with a Tribute to Sir Gumby.

I am finishing up cooking tonight so i will not have to cook tomorrow ( and probably for a few days other than maybe nuke something LOL)

Certainly there is a difference for editing content for "foul language" to deleting a whole thread simply because one has the power to do so and does not approve or like someone.....

Or as the past has demonstrated only those in the Clique get more fair and equal treatment as opposed to the treatment of those opposed to their views?

BTW whoever you are, these are observations over the years I have seen in here both as a non registered and as a registered person.....and people I have known here...it is not me that is whining or crying....perhaps you are in the clique and show your picture....I dunno. none of my concern!

Certainly if they wanted to get back to a more Buffetesque board....they could find a better way than killing off threads with no warnings and banning people over comments made in jest some time ago....seems pretty idiotic to suddenly ban someone and claim it was because of a comment made some time ago..........after all why did they wait so long?
