Holiday time/Christmas Island

Ah the time is finally here. Been waiting 11 months to pop in Christmas Island. Now it's time to decorate the house and get ready for the 'keet to come out any day now.
Each year the on black Friday night I get into bed and begin to read "A Pirate Looks at Fifty". Love the way Jimmy tells a story...I'd rather him come out with "A Pirate Looks at 58" rather than salty piece of land but oh well. Hope he does come out with one more killer autobiography and tells of his island hopping, fishing, partying and how he played the clubs with just a guitar.
Damn guy really is talented.

Why wait 11 months to play it? I dig it out in June or July, just to drive my son a little crazy

SeaNile -
...and you live WHERE??? you wouldn't happen to have a picture of a Miata in the front of that new keet's baby book, would you?
It sounds suspicously like we might be related - but then again Knute Marley wouldn't wait till post thanksgiving to put on Christmas Island...
ah well...

I apologize to all those who have the album already and know this but I post this reminder every year. For all new fans who go out and buy the cd (it is great by the way), there is a hidden track after the last song, just leave it playing. I won't tell you what it is so not to spoil the surprise. Have a great Holiday Season.
