Sirius radio
I recently subscribed to Sirius satelite radio and found a great channel that plays a bunch of Jimmy songs. You can get anywhere from a 3-7 day free trial at Sirius.com. Have heard Jimmy doing promos for it on Sirius. The vacation channel, #97 , is the one to tune into. Enjoy!

Come join the XM Nation!BahamaBreeze wrote:We were going to get Sirius mainly for the NFL. But with the season almost over, thinking about going to XM since they are less per month.
If you decide to switch, PM me... I have discounts and know how to use them.

Sure.. If you don't mind having to wear a backpack to carry the portable radio. XM just came out with the first truly portable Satellite Radio. Rumor has it that Sirius is nearly a year away from releasing their version. XM might not have that beachy channel but the technology is pretty far ahead of sirius.ironman wrote:Seriously - Sirius is the way to go.

XM has about twice the amount of channels to choose from and, although they may not have a "Vacation" channel per se, XM's "The Joint" is all reggae and caribbean all the time. There's about six channels on XM playing Buffett/Reggae on a regular basis. Not to mention five different Blues channels, some Jazz, Latin, etc...Enough great music to get away in your mind without needing a dedicated "Vacation" channel.bananaman wrote:Well crap!! I'm torn now. I was kinda leaning toward XM, but that Vacation station from Sirrius really sounds tempting. I love listening to music like that. NEED MORE INPUT!

I am biased cause I have XM. But I am sure Sirius is fine as well. Sat. Radio is the future. Both beat FM/AM hands down. Either way you go, I am sure you will be happy. I have 3 subs to XM and may get a 4th. Who knows, when Howard comes starts, i'll add one sub to Sirius. Sat radio rocks! So many choices!
FINS UP!! Bubba for President!!! Long live the Parrothead Nation!! Left, Right, Left, Right....We Have A Feeding Frenzy In Jersey Tonight!!!! Go Yankee's!!!!
