Vieques Island

Has anyone ever heard of this place or better yet been there? I've been doing a ton of research for a honeymoon spot and this seems to be the perfect island.
It's 61 miles off the coast of Puerto Rico (about 1/2 way between puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) and from what I can tell really hasn't been "discovered" yet. There is really only one resort and a dozen or so inns. No franchises, no casino's, no traffic lights only miles of beaches and hiking trails. They also have one of the worlds only bioluminescent bays where if you swim at night, the microorganisms in the water make you Glow!
