Wonderful Movie!
I love Secondhand Lions too...in lieu of football, think I'll watch again.

Getting kinda tired of watching CMT all day although it has been very good.

I just bought Alien vs. Predator

Watched it last night and thought it was pretty good.
Much better than I thought it would be.
The newly added footage at the begginning wasn't really anything special and was probably only a minute long.

I also enjoyed Catwoman (much better than I thought)
Halle Berry running around half naked in leather is always a good thing

Friday Night Lights was really good.

you want to hear about the last movie I saw??
It was The Manchurian Candidate...I rented it on my flight home from Orlando a couple of weeks ago...was an awesome movie and I was totally consumed by it...I guess there had to have been 10 minutes or so left in the movie...at a very climatic part...and the screen went blank and my headphones said "welcome to La Guardia"!
I wanted to kill someone...still don't know how the movie ended...so I have to rent it again!

The Terminal

Funny, touching, great soundtrack and photography by Janusz Kaminski.

Well, this is how sad I am...a friend of mine burned Master and Commander for me and after about an hour and 45 minutes, the end of the DVD is all messed up so I still don't know how it ends...but I've watched it like 30 times....I love when the dude grabs the cannon ball and jumps overboard.

I don't see a lot of movies....so I'm a "little" behind on "current" ones

"Seconhand Lions" I LOVED! I rented the DVD one night when hubby was out of town. Watch "Princess Diaries" also. Anne Hathaway is really fun to watch.

More recently, hubby and I rented "Anchorman" (LOVED IT!!! Wil Ferrell ROCKS!!!) and "50 First Dates" w/ Adam Sandler. I thought it was sweet; hubby wasn't too impressed.

Maybe by this June I'll watch a movie actually released THIS year!

I just got done watching "Wild America". I had forgotten just how good that movie is. Going to put in the new version of "The Manchurian Candidate" now. Let you know how it is!

I just watched Coach Carter on Saturday night. My son wants
to be in the NBA someday, and this movie gave the same message
that I keep telling him. School sports start with SCHOOL for a reason!
I loved the movie... great story.

We saw Are We There Yet? last weekend, and all I kept saying to myself
in the theater was Is It Over Yet???? I love Ice Cube, but that movie
was dumb...

Not really good for anything, but you still can't help but
smile when you see one tumble down the stairs.

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA WOW. I've seen the Andrew Lloyd Webber play, amazing. The movie started out at an old abandoned, cobwebby, leaky, burnt opera house. An auction of silly stuff, but then, the wind started blowing the cobwebs through, the lights started lighting and that music started up......I got huge chillbumps and got so excited, I felt woozy! Great music, pretty clothes, very dark sexy stuff. 8) The singers were amazing, the guy who played the phantom sang right for the part, was no Michael Crawford though. I am DEFINITELY going to buy this the second it comes out on DVD.
