Regis & Kelly treat Parrotheads badly!!

A fellow Parrothead and I went to NYC to see Jimmy at Regis & Kelly and it was horrible. We got there at 4 am on the standby line and were the first people on line (and dressed the part) and still didn't get in. They didn't even have enough seats for the ticket holders and all the people who work there are extremely nasty. The first guest came out of the garage before leaving and signed autographs. Jimmy on the other hand got into his car behind a closed door and did not stop at all. We did get a chance to talk to his publicist who was very nice to us. I can definitely say I will NEVER again go to that show even if Jimmy is there.
