Spit when:

1. you are the driver
2. you are a winemaker on the job and might get fired if you get too drunk working

Swallow the rest of the time

I know that if I swallowed even ONE glass right now as tired as I am, I'd fall asleep in this chair!! Lucky for me I am home safe after work!

Hmmmmmmmmmm . . .

This was a nice one, as I recall . . . .

I'd have to agree with Landshark on this one.

If you're getting free booze, don't blow it and not get the full benefit.
"Oh all the money that e'er I spent, I spent it in good company.
And all the harm that I ever did, Alas it was to none but me.
And since it falls, unto my lot, that I should rise and you should not
I'll gently rise and I'll softly call, 'Goodnight and Joy be with you all.'"

If you swallow it, your tastes for other wines wont be as accurate if your gonna just have one of those wines one night.

Mostly rich snobby SOFB's do this because they have the money to throw away on just tasting the crap like that.

If it is a slightly tinted scarlet that is bold yet approachable, soft yet firm and has a long finish, I suggest swallowing. :pirate:

Wine hasn't touched my lips since 2000..... when Mr. Top's uncle had a wine tasting. All those "little" sips added up to one giant hangover.
