did anybody have this lady (Rose Mary Woods)? because she died last night too, so if someone chose her we'd have to look at times to see who really won the derby.

DADGUMIT .... :-? Ya know... when I first heard the news earlier today, the first thing I thought of was... well damn, another memory from my childhood slips away with the resceding tide :( The second thing I thought of (immediately) was if anyone had Johnny for the Derby :pirate: YES ... we shall all burn for this :oops:

For those of us old enough to live through Watergate, absolutely we know who she is/was. Nixon's notorious secretary who was famous for claiming to be responsible for the 18 second gap in one of the Watergate tapes.

and I knew when I typed it that my 18 second gap comment was wrong---Rose Mary Wood had the audacity to claim that while she was on the phone, she accidentally erased 18 minutes of one of Nixon's tapes.
