O'Reilly is fair and balanced is is looking out for all of us. He does get into some controversy but when your in the media spotlight it's hard to avoid.

I hope nobody really thinks there is anything about him that is fair and balanced-his biases come through loud and clear, perhaps more so than many other broadcasters.

On his radio show yesterday, he actually spent an hour on the differences between men and women in the workplace.
