Well I was going to revive last year's thread about the resolutions that everyone had made for 2004 to see how many "fullfilled" their resolutions but apparently the New Year's baby ate it
So..........(if you remember them) did you keep your resolution?
I lost 13 pounds in 2004 and have 10 left to go so I know I kept mine...........how about you?

I have made only one New Years Resolution in my life. For 2002 I resolved to marry Jeepgirl. Mission accomplished!

I dont think I made one ... I had to New Years last year - I woke up just before 8.00am in Atlanta and raced to the computer and welcomed in the Aussie New YEar with my mother on MSN messenger
(she was so pleased!)
I then was forced to "swallow" 4 beans (I hate beans) by my hosts in Atlanta as is some New Years good luck thing in the US somewhere apparently that I eat beans on New Years
- yuck!!!
Too much was going on - I dont think I had time to think of one - I would never carry it through tho - I have no willpower!

Mine was to be more positive. And if you think I didn't keep my resolution, you're stupid and I hate you.

I have been resolving to quit chewing tobacco for the last 20 years.
Finally on December 7th I did it early. 11 days and no slips yet.
So far I have saved $75, lost 5 lbs down to 170 and bought a new pair of golf clubs.
horray for me.

After a career of moving every year in baseball and losing track of every friend I had previously, I vowed I would make contact with all my old friends. So far, I have found none.
The one person I did write to, did not respond, the other that my alumni association said would forward my letter to, did not answer. Guess y'all are stuck with me. I'll just have to leave my behind past me (or something like that)

Mine was to be more positive, upbeat, and to be more dedicated toward my job. For the most part I've kept those resolutions, but still have a ways to go.
I'm working on them.
Really.

My resolution for 2005 will be to get this kid outta me and then be the best mommy I can. Wish me luck....I'm gonna need it.
