I think people liked it because the characters stayed true to themselves. In all other shows, the characters have to have a heart, to grow, to become better people. In Seinfeld, there was none of that. They were bad people, and never changed. In other words, they were believable.

Pure and simple...Seinfeld show made me laugh. (I dance just like MLD. Ya know, kinda like that guy dancing while Jimmy plays Nautical Wheelers in Tales from Margaritavision!!

)
They featured a family tonight on CNN celebrating Festivus and keeping it pretty simple.

It sucked??? No offense, but are you mildly retarded? Seinfeld was a frickin' riot!! I could go into the fact that it was the highest rated sitcom of the past 15 years and that it set all kinds of different ratings records, but I'm fairly sure it wouldn't matter. Ask yourself this... If it really
sucked as you put it, then why did so many people love it? Here's a thought... Maybe there's sumthin' wrong with you!!

Never figured that one out either. After you figured out the premise that the 4 characters were basically neurotic losers you'd never want to associate with in real life, why would you want to give them a half hour of your life every week while the show was on?

or, it could be the fact that there are a limited number of IQ points in the world, and the expanding population results in those most susceptible to losing theirs, donating to the newcomers... basically: it was funny because the bar had been lowered so far already.

Thank you for restoring my faith, I thought that I was the only person that detested that show.
