What a great song. It falls in the same groove of Beach House On The Moon. Obviously it was recorded for License To Chill - same people running it. So that means LTC has at least 17 songs to it. Has anyone copied or has copied LTC? I haven't done it yet. Now that I have the ASPOLand single, I'm going to have to make LTC even longer.
And what about Attitude Of Gratitude? Is there any mention of it being done by the same people who did LTC? If so, that's 18 tracks from those sessions. Who knows what else there is.

I'm not sure I know the whole story...there's a thread about it somewhere recently. It's something to do w/ a cd that Marlo Thomas (of "That Girl" fame and also the comedian Danny Thomas' daughter) put toghether. It's famous people, and it's for charity. Thanks and Giving songs all have a different producer and writer, etc than LTC. I think someone wrote all the original songs for the artists and then got a producer for the CD.
It is an awesome CD and book, BTW. I gave one as a Christmas gift to a 4 year old and her grandma loves it!!!
There were several other songs recorded during LTC recordings, but I don't remember know where the list is. It used to be at margaritaville.com. Jimmy commented how some of the songs didn't make the CD, and that ASPL song was being saved for the book.
Here's a starting place for Thanks and Giving and Attitude of Gratitude is a good Jimmy song although he didn't write it.
