Hands down, the best "partner" was Chris Noth. And as for the female Asst. DA, Claire Kincaid was my fav. I was majorly bummed when they killed her off.

Next time PBS reruns that special from Tony Award performances, watch for Jerry Orbach's 42nd Street number. I found him to be one of the great modern entertainers that represented an era long gone from Broadway.

This is going to sound bad, but I'm going to admit it. When I heard that he died, instead of being sad the first thing that went through my head was if this meant somebody won the BN Celeb Death-Watch Pool :oops: :oops:
