The only thing that I saw roaming in the wilds of Wisconsin were a bunch of drunk parrotheads.
But I'll be on the lookout for kangaroos next year at Alpine.

Actually, it tastes similar to beef jerky. Roo is a very tough meat.
i actually had kangaroo at a resturant in florida.the owner sent it to our table.if i didn't know what it was i'd swear it was steak.it wasn't to bad either.i couldn't order it knowing what it is.
