Jimmy

Post by HTparrothead »

I have heard rumors that the 2005 tour will be his last... Apparently he hinted at it at the Orlando show in november. Does anyone know if this is true?
Fall semester in a Southern college town has little to do with studying and more to do with football and fraternity rush. I didn't know much about the football team. Hell at that time I was really an Ole Miss fan and to this day I still cant figure out why I didn’t enroll at the U of Mississippi-JB

He has also said many times in the last couple years that he is looking forward to doing this for another 30 years. He also cut down on his amount of tour dates about 2 or 3 years ago so that he could keep going longer.

Jimmy Retiring?

When JB played JB summer 2004, he announced he'd be back next year.
You can look up my post the day after the Jones Beach show.
I know Jimmy Buffett, Jimmy Buffett is a friend of mine. Son, you're no Jimmy Buffett!

I second that!!!!!
And besides, he can't retire until I'm at least 2 years out of college!!!!!!!! I'm only 16, so he then has to have another 9 years on him!!!!!!!!!!!

That question always leads to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLAY NASHVILLE. Then's there the Boise (is it boy-zee or boy-cee?) leg of the tour. And, as always, GREAT WOODS (I think this is where bears take GREAT SH*TS  ). Not to be outdone by the Thursday night Chicago show that NEVER sells out. Why does he keep doing that?!? Did I leave any out?
