I just got back from snowboarding, I went off a jump and caught a edge ont the landing and fell on my chest, I heard a cracking sound, but couldnt find anything broken in my jacket, it didnt hurt at first but now the left side of my chest is sore and it kinda feels like a warth when I breathe, not a burning but a definite warmth.

Yep. Go. You probably bruised or cracked some ribs which could mean damage to a lung as well.
You might get lucky and get some Percocet out of the deal.

Probably not. If your ribs are cracked there is nothing they can do.
Just breathe slowly and try not to laugh or cough
, or you will NOT be happy!

If you have extreme shortness of breath, or extreme pain, go to the doctor! You could've sprained some muscles or cracked some ribs or 'mushed' your pleural sac. Pain and shortness of breath are the key. Ain't snow fun? When I was a kid, I sled down a loooong hill, but at the bottom, hit a rock and the sled stopped deadstill. I, on my stomach, kept sliding and raked the top of my thighs so bad I almost fainted. It took me a while to get up and walk. Have somebody with you in case you get to where you can't breathe!
Do not resent growing old. Many are denied the privilege.

Do you see a bright light?
Are you experiencing visitation from dead relatives?
You might be dead...

and it depends on your pain tolorance.. some of us have fewer
nerve endings than others. Pain is your body telling you you messed up.
