Working tall ships

I have volunteered and sailed on her in the past. I just recently signed up to start doing some volunteer time again. If you get enough hours of work logged you get to take trips in her and crew, do historic presentations. Has anybody else done this. I wish I had started sooner because it is doubtful I"ll get to take a trip this summer. But the spring/summer/fall offer alot of opportunities to get some time in both in work and giving ship tours. Another benefit is that volunteers can spend the night on board if they wish, although it's a bit rustic at best.

It is. Her name is The Gazella and she is Philadelphia's tall ship. Built at the tail end of the 1800's for fishing.
