It's not big enough to blow up....I'm sure they'll just tear it down with bulldozers and stuff. The next place they'll probably blow up will be the Tropicana.

Is the monorail running now? That's a long walk from Margaritaville to the MGM.

The monorail is running now and has been problem free for a few weeks now. It's still too early to guarantee it's operational on 4/9....but it would be nice if thats the case!

It's even a longer walk if you are naked! The cops usually have you in 'cuffs before you make it all the way down the block!

I did M'ville to Key Largo... twice. At least your walk had civilization!

Key Largo is now closed and slated for demolition.....you'll have to look elsewhere this time around.
Oh no. That is too bad. I have had many good times at that place.

Any other ideas on where to stay? Especially somewhere that might have a bunch of Parrotheads there. Usually some Parrothead Clubs from California put on a great party at the Key Largo during the day on Friday.

Also there used to be a guy around here who was a travel agent and he always booked a bunch of rooms for us at the Key Largo. I wonder if he is doing something else at another hotel.

The Flamingo will be loaded with parrotheads.....it will probably cost twice as much as the Key Largo was in the past. However, if you fill the room with twice as many people....the cost will be the same! 8)

I think the Wild Wild West is the only hotel crappy enough to replace the Key Largo. That being said, Jo Jo and I will probably be at Harrahs, the Rio or with Corey and Nikki if they go. So count us in!

The Key Largo used to be a decent place years ago....but I think the Wild Wild West was actually a nicer property in the last few years!

My biggest regret( other than going throught 2k worth of markers at Harrahs) is missing the Key Largo party in October. I have stayed and played at just about every property in Vegas but the best weekend ever was at the Key Largo in April of 2003.

Only time will tell, if it was time well spent!

It's time to stop thinking and start planning....get your butt out here in April (along with your legs, your arms, your feet, your head, and the rest of you as well!)
