Buffett quotes from his books?!?
Ok, so for my college writing class we had to choose our favorite author, of course I chose JB. We have to tell background information about the author and bring a short writing sample or quote from one of their writings. What are some of your favorites that I might use for my class?

Your favorite author and a few don't roll off the tip of your tongue? You might want to make another choice............honeysucklevine wrote:Ok, so for my college writing class we had to choose our favorite author, of course I chose JB. Pirate Looks at 50
If you're still looking for JB quotes from books...
Try the 400 word essay near the beginning of "A Pirate Looks at Fifty."
Informative, direct, descriptive, and no run-on sentences. I'm envisioning the prof reading that one right now....
