I'll take a swing TM is a freaking monopoly so they sell a good number to these "Brokers" (SCALPERS) so there are few tickets available to the general fan. If you or I tried to sell tickets for that price at most venues, our asses would be in jail. But it's OK for them

It could be that, or season ticket holders at the venue (Verizon Witless does this). Also, there are already radio stations doing giveaways, could be some jacka$$ who had no intention of going but has the station on speed dial.
