Grew up in Jackson (save the prison jokes :roll: ), proud Bronco alum, now living in the Detroit area. And, like the rest of the Michigan phlock, jonesing bad for a Pine Knob show this summer :o

"Well, you pay our MI taxes, but I've always considered everything 'above the bridge' part of WI. :) Escanaba in da Moonlight ... HA ... Jeff Daniels, CMU Alumni ..... and I have a few friends that were extras in the movie. Locals from Escanaba area. I play softball in Strongs each summer. What a party that weekend is. Backwoods, beer drinkin' brethren wielding ball bats."

And the "two holer?"

:o Yes, I did click on the link - but instead of reading the heading on where I could find it again (all by myself no less) I went wading through the different forums.

And I actually paid for an education.

Anyway, do any of the mitten folk ever get together, do shows, or head to Caseville?

My folks are from Davisburg and Davison....

Anyone from near there?

I just looked up Pine Knob on internet. Good grief.... It is spitting distance from my mom's old home, up on the hill on the norhwest side of I75 where Davisburg Rd goes over I75.

I am a native Miamian, transplanted a few times, now in Houston, TX
