I saw this in the paper and thought I would pass it along:

Zehnder's of Frankenmuth will become Margaritaville North Feb 7 when chefs from the Flint/Saginaw Valley chapter of the American Culinary Federation host their annual winner taste fest.

The theme is "Havanas and Bananas" with Jimmy Buffett inspired live music and tropical treatments of mahi, octopus, alligator, squid, cornish hen, and venison.

Tickets are $25 each, with proceeds going to the chapter's Head Start snack pack program. Call (989)652-0450 to reserve tickets.

If the weather cooperates, visitors also can check out the ice and snow sculptures crafted during Zehnder's annual Snowfest, which starts Feb. 2.

Don Middlebrook and his band, Living Soul and the Pearl Divers, will perform such hits as "I Can't Spell Caribbean" and "I Stole Jimmy Buffett's TV Guide."

The party starts at 6:30 p.m.
My whole world lies waiting behind DOOR #3! In the meantime, I am just sippin' on a margarita.........
