Just would like to get some predictions on the success of this single.

i dont think it will do well on CMT or radio. To the average 14-35 year old mainstream country music listener, those who have heard of Jimmy Buffett have this train of thought:
JIMMY BUFFETT=5 O'CLOCK SOMEWHERE=CARIBBEAN/TROPICAL SUMMER MUSIC=BBQs AND PARTIES AND POSSIBLY ALCOHOL.

PEICE OF WORK does not equal any of that stuff at all, so it wont sell . . .. to make it in the pop-country world, you either have to have two things: you have to provide entertainment and you have to have an image. Jimmy has both, except he isn't playing his image with this song, so in my opinion he won't do well with it. "Back To The Island" would have been a better choice. Someone could make the arguement that TATS and HGL did well and JB didn't play his image, but those did well (especially HGL) because of star-power. Plus, TATS didn't do that well on the radio. As much as I'd like to see Jimmy do well solo, this one won't do too well in my opinion.

I don't think it will do very well.
I like the song but I feel it takes to long to build up and get going for radio.
I also feel that it would do better if Toby were in it.
"Sea of Heartbreak" should have been next in my opinion.
