I've tried to talk the bossman into going with a more casual dress code, but he won't bite. I can understand doing the suit thing when I'm speaking or at a public function representing him, but not when I'm just here in the office. Hell, 80% of the people that come in here haven't even bathed recently, let alone dressed up for the visit.LIPH wrote:We have a business casual dress code so I don't have to wear a suit and tie anymore.![]()

You probably are making them feel even worse dressed to the nines and all than if you looked more like them! Have you played that angle Frankie?rednekkPH wrote:I've tried to talk the bossman into going with a more casual dress code, but he won't bite. I wore a suit one day last week. The NY State Bar Association has its annual meeting in the Marriott Marquis at the end of January and my law school's alumni association always has a cocktail party the Thursday night of the meeting. Since I can walk to the Marriott from my office I go every year. It's just about the only time I have to wear a suit.buffettbride wrote:I think men in a tie and jacket look HOT!rednekkPH wrote:I've tried to talk the bossman into going with a more casual dress code, but he won't bite.
