How many more minutes does your snooze button give you?

In regards to the snooze button junkies thread. I just saw a post by 1MORE who said his snooze button is only good for 7 more minutes, I have never heard of such a thing anybody else. I think he is getting ripped off, just think if it was 9 minutes, by the time he is 75 he will have about 100 less days of sleep than the rest of us.

Thanks for the concern :D My alarm is set for 5:00 and I usually hit it 4 times and get up at 5:28. If I had 9 minutes, I could hit it 1 less time and still get almost as much sleep. I'm working to hard in the morning

9 min. I hope someone can explain the system I have, because I can't explain it to my self. The clock is set 10 min. fast and I hit the snooze twice. Somehow it makes sense to me, can't explain it  Why don't I just set the clock to the right time and hit it once :-? :-? :-? For some reason I just can't seem to do that

 snooze...hhmmmmm...... I think it lasts about 6 minutes, but I hit the button 3, maybe 4 times before I actually roll out of bed so 18 to 24 minutes!!! Wow! Now that's a snooze :-?

Ok, the truth of the matter is that I can get to work anywhere between 8 & 8:30am, & not be "late", although it's better if I get there before the boss - who gets there within 10 minutes of me either way.

I tend to wake up on God's plan (yes, I'm editorilizing-and not spellchecking here). In other words, when daylight comes and the dogs & cats demand attention, I get out of bed and tend to their needs. That I would prefer to sleep until a reasonable time, say 7:30am, means little in my life. Seven domestic pets equals no alarms required.

Nice Spin-off poll! I get the standard 9 minutes but not the elusive 10!
