Message from MailBoat Records

Hey!
I e-mailed MB records, just for clarification purposes as to release dates, etc. Here is the rather long response I received (surprisingly!)

"as soon as we know the official release date of a CD, we post it on this site. For example, Live in Hawaii, with the bonus DVD will be in stores 3/22. As far as the rest of the "Live 2004" shows are concerned, yes we will release 5-8 of them, but there are no firm dates on any of them. we would like to get all of them out this summer, but it might be impossible. We also plan on releasing the CD/DVD of the New Orleans book signing show early this summer. I guess that I am better off not saying anything to the 100'a of people who email here each day"

Not too sure what to make of this, Live in Hawaii was released already; I have it! The rest? well, take it for what it's worth!

I eagerly await that one!!!

Obviously, Mailboat must get barraged with mail (how ironic) asking when everything will be released. It must get old on the receiving end... maybe we should try sending pats on the back, compliments, and thank you's to give them a refreshing break from the monotony! A simple "keep up the good work" may go a long way.

I have pics of me getting humped by a monkey purse in a wedding dress. Do you think that counts?

Live In Hawaii was not released to stores though-only Mailboat, and when they released it they talked about taking it into stores at a later date.

the message you got is entirely consistent with what they told me on the phone a couple of days ago.
