Q: How many Bush Administration officials does it take to change a light bulb?

A: None. There is nothing wrong with the light bulb; its condition is improving every day. Any reports of its lack of incandescence are illusional spin from the liberal media. Illuminating rooms is hard work. That light bulb has served honorably, and anything you say undermines the lighting effort. Why do you hate freedom?

One thousand to develop the inspired government program to bring light to the people, one thousand to investigate the diabolical Bush administration plot to deprive the poor of darkness, five hundred to investigate "reports within the intelligence community" that the CIA hired a lightbulb assassin to break the bulb in the first place, and five hundred to attach unrelated spending to the bill funding the trip to Kroger for a new bulb.
