I don't know if you apologized for this or not, and I don't care. This is totally uncalled for and I'll be surprised if it doesn't get you banned.

So continueing on the original subject matter of the thread. As big as a fan of classic rock I am I never really put much thought into the cowbell use untill SNL spoofed it. It is so true though. The local classic rock radio station
here , WHTQ, has a sweeper running now spoofing on the cowbell. It is a funny montage of about eight or so songs ---all with cowbell.

Of coarse if I were to really to look to deeply into classic rock I am sure there are alot of things I could find that everyone overused, besides drugs

Take for instance "the rock interjection". This is used most by not so classic rock Brian Adams. Things such as "Hey!!" "YA!!'' or "YAOW!!!" . Those are rock interjections.

Then there is the use of chimes and bells. Not cowbells, just bells. AC/DC , Rush, and Iron Maiden just to name three.

As cliche' as it was, I still love classic rock. Maybe someday in 15 years I can look back and poke fun at what modern artist are over using today.

YAAAAAA It's Robert in your Avatar!!! Are you sure he didn't do it? Did you take his picture? Did he destroy your film?
I like what you say about the "rock interjection." Never knew it had a name. Good observations. :) :) :)

Heck no I did not take his picture! :D I read the warnings --- and believe them  When we went to go see him though my fiancee asked Robert if she could take his picture. She did not because she says he gave her and evil glare and moved his head. I don't know about all that but I do know when we walked towards the next room there was a brief power surge in the building.
spooooooky.

I love Robert. I am totally obsessed with him so I thought it would be a cool avatar. Hope he does not crash the site

Omygosh! I've got chillbumps all over!!! I can't wait to tell my son. He is practically obsessed with Robert after we took the Key West Ghost Tour last November. We bought the book with Robert on the cover and read his story, but we didn't have time to go see him... or was that, inclination? oooh I can't believe there was a power surge (anger?) after your fiance mentioned photographing him! I mean I believe it, but I don't want to.... What a force of ...
