Greg 'Fingers' Taylor in SW Florida

For those of you in the SW Florida area.

On Sunday February 13th, from 4 to 8pm, Greg “Fingers” Taylor will be performing with Doug Deming and the Jewel Tones (http://www.dougdeming.com) at Bert’s Bar (http://www.BertsBar.com) on Pine Island Road in Matlacha. They will also be doing an encore performance on Monday February 14th at 7:30pm.

Just thought I would pass it along.

Ahhhh....Bert's Bar on Matlacha....how I wish I were there right now!!!!!!!

i'm sooooooooo bummed.

we arrived there on the 15th. maybe we can catch him somewhere else nearby. see everyone in ft. lauderdale and tampa!!!

okay, i just went to fingers website and it's underconstruction as far as appearances go. does anybody know if he will be anywhere else in the area. we need to see him!!

I don't think he has updated his website for 2, or 3 years. If anyone gets the chance to talk to him, maybe you can remind him that he has one.

Kinda surprized that nobody has asked why Jimmy doesn't play with him anymore.

I just got back from the show. It was incredible. He is playing with a blues band called Doug Deming and the Jewel Tones. They played in a little seaside bar called Bert's Bar. He was fantastic, as was the whole band. I knew he was great, but I never heard him play the way he played this evening. He was good with Buffett, but was great with this band. He is the best harmonica player I have ever seen, or heard, live.
I hope some of you got to catch the show.
