A musician friend of mine has jammed with Buckwheat Zydeco, who has jammed with Jimmy - but not at the same time, as far as I know.

Actually...my boss is the contact, I've been at meetings...but I'd never be allowed to talk to him as a fan.
That must be tough!! So as a client, what do you all call him? Mr. Buffett, Sir, Surfer dude, Jimmy?
Yeah, it was strange...I kept saying to himself...holy sh*t its Jimmy Buffett...he's a "just call me Jimmy" kind of guy.

Very surreal

I know SOASOAPT
It was a pleasure and a hell of an evening
Truly was our night to win
But the authorities insist on my leaving

As for me, I shook his hand at M'ville Vegas. Got to hang out with Charleston and some band members at M'ville Vegas as well.

And this one time, at band camp.....

I know Warren Buffett professionally ( he has stayed often at both hotels I've been a manager at) so that gets me pretty close....

I'll take the celeb route...

Fourteen years ago, I went out on 2 dates with (not yet famous) Denise Richards.

Denise Richards was in "National Lampoons Loaded Weapon 1" with Tim Curry.

Tim Curry was in "Congo" with Jimmy Buffett.

Me -> Denise Richards -> Tim Curry -> Jimmy Buffett.

(Or I could just say that I've gotten e-mail from Amy Lee...)
