Get a Free Ipod... seriously...

Chances are someone has already posted something like this and I apologize in advance if that is the case. Ipods are selling for over $300 and this rather easy deal will get you one completely free. I know it sounds rediculous or like a scam but I promice you guys it is not. I belong to another message board for another band I like and about 12 people on that board have received their IPod's competely free (even free shipping) within the past month.

So what the deal is is that you simply go to this site and sign up for ONE online offer. The offers are all easy and most of them are completely free. For instance, you can sign up for a free trial of AOL or a CitiBank credit card. The offer I did was the BMG Music offer where I bought 7 cd’s for the price of one. So what happends is you complete ONE of these offers and then refer 5 people to do the same under your user name (which is why I am posting this). Once this is done they send you a free Ipod. I thought it was a scam but after seeing people I know do it and also investigating into the whole proccess I found out it is completely legitimate.

If you still don't believe it read all of these news articles written by networks like CNN, NY Times, NBC, Apple Magazine and WIRED Magazine about this entire company > http://www.gratisnetwork.com/PressRoom.html

I really suggest that if you are interested to invetigate this thing youself and think about signing up. Again, I don't really know any of you so my word might not mean much but either way I give you my word that this is not BS. And if you believe me and are interested in doing it please click on the link below and register. If you do then you will eventually receive a free Ipod and by registering through the link below you will be helping me get my 5 referals so I can get my free Ipod :pirate: 8) :pirate:

If you do what they ask of you and give real information for the offer then you will get the Ipod. I personally know people who have recieved them. Read the news article because it explains the rationale behind why the company does it.

Yeah it definitly is not a scam. There are just too many people I know personally and through the board to have is be a farse.

BUT for anyone who has done this deal can you help me with a couple things:
I only signed up a couple days ago but I still haven't gotten credit for the offer I completed. Also, all the referrals I have gotten show up as "signed up but not completed". I am wondering how long it took you guys to get credit for the offers.

Like 5 of my friends signed up for the CitiBank credit card. So will they get credit for the offer in a couple of days OR do they have to actually get the card in the mail and then sign up.

Thanks for the help...

PH338, I signed up under your referral link. If anyone would like to give me a hand, here is my referral link:

BTW, I did the Blockbuster online offer. You get 3 movies out at a time for $9.95 the first month. You also get 2 free instore rentals each month (including the introductory month). It's actually a pretty good deal if you rent at Blockbuster.

Aslo PH338, regarding your question, it can take up to 15 days to get credit (even if it says instant credit).

Credit card offers usually take around 2 weeks before they show as credited.

You are the best!!!!!!!!!

What is your e-mail just because there are a few e-mails I didnt recognize so I was curious as to which ones belong to different people.

And by the way I emailed the site to ask about the crddit card deal and it turns out you have to activate your card AND buy something on it. I didnt feel like going through all of that so I just signed up for the GreatFun site. It is $1 for the trial and that is all you have to do.

Thanks again for signing up and anyone else feel free to do the same :P

I wish I had done this before on here when there was a chain set up. I would have a problem finding 5 people to just sign up for me.

Just a reminder everyone, if you sign up for a trial DON"T FORGET TO CANCEL. A lot of these things will charge you monthly and some with charge you for an entire year after the initial period if over. The Blockbuster online deal is the best imo if you rest more than 2 movies each month. Plus you get almost instant credit (I was credited within 3 hours).

I don't see why you can't. I plan on canceling in the final week of the initial month since I think the monthly fee goes up from $10. I figure thatI might as well get as many movies as I can in that time. As long as you meet the obligation, which in the case of Blockbuster was simply signing up, you should be able to cancel at any time (some offers require you to remain a member for a certain amount of time ie the Rhapsody 14 day trial requires you to remain a member for at least 7 days).
