Do you think attitude/charisma, etc = talent for musicians?

I talked about this in another thread. Alot of the folks we think of as great acts have some level of talent but aren't necesarrily the most talented in their genre. I don't think even JB has the best voice going. I would say at least 50% probably more of what determines success is your attitude. Also your determination to keep at it.
PS - this doesn't mean that we want to hear you if you can't carry a tune and sound like chalk scraping on a black board.

For me, it takes a level of uniqueness. Right now I am listening to Cowboy Troy and Big & Rich quite a bit. Both are really unique.
