I didnt' suffer any damages, and I'm not looking to get anything out of this. I'm just p*** that they were in there snoopping around, and I'd just like to make their lives difficult for a little while.

seems to me you're having a lot of mental anguish
I am...it's just that damn hatred of frivilous lawsuits holding me back :D
I can see that you are deeply troubled by this Frank. You know you can always sue but not for a lot of monitary reward - just to teach him a lesson. Didn't this landlord cause you problems anyway or am I thinking someone else?? Look at this like a woman testifying against a rapist. If she dosn't testify and the guy goes free he could rape again. Hell you HAVE been raped!!!
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

Is that why I'm so sore?

Anyone know if this was legal?
in most states 24 hours notice is needed unless there is
a fire/flood etc

I have an ex-landlord that got put on the floor and the cops called on him
